Ingredients of chapli kabab:
2 tbs garlic-ginger paste,
¾ teaspn ground cayenne pepper,
¾ teaspn ground cumin,
1 tomato, chopped finally,
1 red onion, chopped,
¼ cup of vegetable oil for frying, or more,
¼ cup of finely chopped cilantro,
1 egg, lightly beaten,
2 teaspn coriander seeds, crushed 1 teaspn salt,
2 tomato, sliced into rounds,
1 pound ground beef,
cooking spray,
¼ cup finely chopped mint.

Step 1:
Spray small pan with the help of cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Pour the egg into the pan; cook fast but flame slow and stir it until it stirred and done, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
