Daal mash - white urid lentils or Mash ki daal is a dish of almost every home in India and Pakistan. And the main reason behind its popularity is that it is tasty and cheap. 
You know that India and Pakistan are not so developed countries but their people are crazy about foods and thats why they try different food recipes in different methods. 
Almost population love it for its cheaper price and extra taste. 
Daal mash or mash ki daal can be made as it is and even with non-wage. 
So the guys who love vegetables like it as well the guys who love to eat non-wage are also within love with it. 
In today's guide we will talk about how to make daal mash or mash ki daal recipe at home.

Daal mash or mash ki daal

Ingredients: For making daal mash or mash ki daal;

1 sliced green chilli

1 teaspn cumin seeds - sabut zeera

2 medium tomatoes chopped

1/4 cup finally chopped fresh coriander leaves

4 tbs oil

2 medium onions chopped (finally) 

1/2 teaspn haldi powder( turmeric powder ) 

1 1/2 cups mash ki dal - urad daal

1/2 teaspn kashmiri lal mirch in powder shape

1 inch ginger cuted into thin strips

1 cup water (and more as needed)

Salt to taste 

12 Tbs ginger garlic paste

Directions: For making daal mash or mash ki daal;

Soak daal mash or mash ki daal for 1-2 hours and after soaking it, drain the water from it completely
In a pot (mediam size) add some oil and then onions and make it brown completely. 
After this processing, just add tomatos and fry for 1-2 minutes on high flame. 
Add your favorite spices and stir it completely for 10 minutes constantly. 
After the tomatos has been cooked and the oil is separated from curry just add your daal mash or mash ki daal and mix properly. 
Add about 1 cup of water and see where the mash daal or mash ki daal is not cooked completely. 
Granish with chopped coriander, ginger and the green chilli.
