What is Dosa?

Dosa is a popular Indian street food which can be eat as a breakfast, snack or whenever you have a good mode. Dosa doesn't contain any complex structure but it's famous for it's simple Ingredients and crispy, flavory  and sweat. Since overall taste of Dosa is same as every where but In different regions it have a different mode in taste.

Types and Ingredients of Dosa:

Ravva Dosa :- 


Made up of rice flour, Maida flour and Ravva which is called as samolina 

Cheese Dosa :- 

Cheese Dosa is generally made by lentils, rice and cheese

Neer Dosa :-

 It contain water as it's watery Dosa

Masala Dosa :- 

Made of lentils, potato, rice, curry leaves. Served with chuttni

Butter Dosa :- 

As its name is butter Dosa so it contain more then normal butter and hence served with coconut chuttni.

How to make Dosa:

If you have all the ingredients which are required for Dosa then just go with it: Now let's see how to make Dosa

- Add 3/4 cup husked flour with 1.5 cups rice flour to a bowl in which they can be mixed properly

- Pour 2.5 or 2.6 Cups of water and Mix it well. Should be mixed untill thick battery that flows still.

- Now Pour batter into another bowl simply, let's cover it and make fermented over a night 10-11hours. After that add salt in some quantity.

- To make a Beautiful and Delecious Dosa you should Place a pan (Tavva) on Flame and heat up some oil also.

- Take a spoon and spread the Dosa liquid like ingredients into a circle shape.

- When turned browned just flip it on opposite side and Enjoy

How to eat Dosa?

Generally the peoples who eat Dosa tear it first and then eat it hot and crispy. I like to eat Dosa served with a good Masala and Even a big quantity of peoples want to eat Dosa with Masala but in some places instead of Masala they prefer Chuttni and after spreading your chttni on this Hot Dosa it is now looking as very Delecious and outstanding and on every bite you will say that "Dado mazo ayo"
